![]() ![]() ![]() I am also experiencing the issues Kevin Ross pointed out. But if it's something other than that, please open a support ticket or start a chat on the support site. So hopefully that will address any instability you're hitting. We have a fix for one ready to ship soon and the other we've got a good idea to fix. ![]() Is this mostly when capturing, editing, or browsing for you? The next maintenance release will attempt to identify the root cause of this so that we can address it more thoroughly later. This has to do with Windows indexing not keeping up or being turned off. The other issue that we're addressing is where the files all convert and move to the new Library folder but they aren't showing up in the Library view in Snagit (this is not common). The biggest issue we've heard so far is that people are concerned it's a one-time conversion and people won't be able to move back to 2021 if there are issues (your previous library will be left untouched). If there are any concerns you ran into during this process, that would be great to hear. We're looking to make the conversion process less confusing. Use of new file type snagx - confusing, slow, etc. It's now the "official response" so it should be easier to see now. We commented on the larger thread on that issue, but it got lost in the other comments. Library Date/Time sorting/searching/finding ![]()
